Our philosophy is pretty simple. We are not in business to “get rich quick”. We treat customers the way we want to be treated. We don’t have any “hidden fees”, “handling fees”, or “excess overhead” that are typically all passed on to the customer to pay. We believe in providing a quality product, whether it is a custom design, photograph etching, or any other product. If it doesn't’t meet our standard as a customer, we refuse to sell it. As far as overhead expenses that cost the customer more for a product, we keep them to a minimum. We currently do not accept credit card payments because that is an added expense to the customer, increasing the sales price by approximately 3 to 4% more. That is not much money, but we stand behind keeping our prices as affordable as possible.
We do not compete with any other business, do not accept competitor pricing, and do not offer discounts. If the customer has shopped around, they will know that we already have the best pricing. We offer a “no-haggle” money back guarantee. We won’t try to talk you in to another product or refund you with a “gift certificate”. We will try to correct the problem to best of our ability and if that still does not satisfy the customer, you get a refund. We do not charge extra or above the item cost for “custom” designs. Many competitors can charge up to $30 per hour for custom designing.
